Hey, I'm Jake. Single glazed, double glazed, timber or aluminium, if your sliding door is sticking, jumping or grinding, I can sort it.
Most doors don't need replacing. They need my specialised double rollers: two wheels instead of one, so the door rides level and quiet. If your track's worn as well, I'll fit a stainless steel cover track over it.

Don't put up with a dodgy door any longer. Send me a photo and I'll text you a price straight back. Once you're happy with it, that's the price. It's usually fixed the same week, and I bring everything on the van so most jobs are done in an hour or two.
It's me or Trav who turns up, and you'll get a heads up about 30 minutes before we arrive. Pay however suits you: cash, card or bank transfer.

They're a lot quicker to fit than a new glass door. Most take around two weeks to make, or about two days if you're in a hurry.

Do you charge to quote?
No. Send me a few photos of your door and I'll text you a price. Once you're happy with it, that's the price. No waiting days for someone to come round just to tell you a number.
How soon can you come out?
Usually the same week, often sooner. I hate waiting weeks for a tradie at my own place, so I don't make you wait either.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs take an hour or two. Every door is a bit different, so I'll keep you posted on the day and send a heads up about 30 minutes before I arrive.
What warranty do I get?
My specialised double rollers come with a 5 year warranty, and they slide with one finger or it's free. If we put a stainless steel cover track in as well, it's a 10 year warranty. I'll go through the details with you when I quote.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, there's a call-out fee to come out to you. I'll tell you what it is when I quote, before I book you in. If your lock just needs adjusting while I'm there, I don't charge for the adjustment itself.
Is it you who turns up?
It's me or Trav, who works with me. Either way you deal with me from the first message, and you'll know who's coming before we get there.
